Deloitte Digital Consumer Trends

Following the success of last year's "Era of Enough" event, Deloitte invites you to a showcase of its Digital Consumer Trends 2025 survey – presented by Paul Lee, Partner and Global Head of Research for Tech, Media, and Telecoms (TMT).

Now in its 16th year of publication, this year we explore key questions, including: Does Generative AI undermine and ultimately change the business model of the internet? And, is the digital transformation of the UK consumer over? To study these, we take a look through recent findings on device adoption, network perception, video streaming, social media, news consumption (both real and fake), and generative AI adoption (both deliberate and passive).

Join us in our Cambridge office on Wednesday 17 September at 18:00 for an evening of insights and networking. This event is perfect for anyone with an interest in the evolving relationship between consumers and technology.
