Getting the global talent through the door

Talent remains a top concern with 71% of CEOs, in the 2022 CEO Deloitte survey, citing global labour/skills shortage as their top external challenge to their business strategy.

Embracing the new era of talent through the new emerging workforce of commuters, remote and hybrid working, organisations need to broaden their outlook and take a global view of their talent landscape. Accessing and deploying global talent is critical to unearthing opportunities to increase the current domestic talent pool, enable career aspirations of current employees and increase your organisations’ ability to rapidly deploy skills where they are needed.
