Funds seminar – Tuesday 13 November

Register your interest to attend

Register for Deloitte’s Real Estate funds seminar to hear the latest updates for fund managers and investors on changes to the taxation of direct and indirect UK property gains.

The seminar will take a closer look at the non-resident capital gains tax (NRCGT) draft legislation expected to be published on Wednesday 7 November and the detailed implications for funds and their investors. It will seek to answer two key questions:

- What do I need to know about the changes?
- What do I need to do and when?

We will focus on the anticipated NRCGT funds regimes, including their conditions, reporting and compliance requirements.
We will also touch on the transition of corporate non-resident landlord (‘NRLs’) currently subject to UK income tax into the scope of UK corporation tax.

The seminar is aimed at institutional investors that invest in real estate funds, as well as fund managers – not just the tax team, but also reporting, product development, real estate investment and deal teams.
