Connecting the Network Alumni Event

The Future of Wellbeing in the Workplace

What is the future of employee wellbeing and why should you care?

Deloitte alumni Ryan Hopkins, Chief Impact Officer at JAAQ, and Arti Kashyap Aynsley, Global Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion at Ocado, will join Deloitte leaders to discuss how organisations are redefining employee wellbeing and what it means to thrive.

In a world where purpose-driven organisations succeed, and employees seek meaningful work, wellbeing is anything but a one-size-fits-all.

When employee wellbeing is done well, it becomes a cross-functional effort, including culture, policies, communities, the digital workplace and physical spaces. Success requires transitioning from a reactive approach and responding when people are struggling, to a proactive strategy which helps employees thrive.

This panel discussion is exclusively for the Deloitte Alumni Network and will also cover the results of Deloitte’s report on The Future of Wellbeing which introduces Wellbeing 2.0 – a holistic approach where wellbeing is the ultimate outcome.

If you are a cross-function Manager or Leader who has a keen interest in creating meaningful and sustainable work environments, this event will explore the future of wellbeing and how we might achieve it. You will have the opportunity to network with Deloitte alumni following the panel discussion.
